Join our growing North design team in Leeds, delivering feasibility studies under TAS 25 for the department for education and key local authority projects. Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary experts, with opportunities across justice, healthcare, commercial and international sectors as part of Mace's consultancy technical services.
Please note: The position will be a permanent contract with the requirement to visit the Leeds office at least 2 times a week and with some site and client visits.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multidisciplinary design projects.
  • Developing and manage contract-compliant designs.
  • Acting as primary client and PM contact.
  • Chairing design workshops and meetings.
  • Ensuring quality, timely team outputs.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentoring and implementing training plans.
  • Championing net zero and stakeholder engagement.
You'll need to have:
  • RIBA/ARB/CIAT qualified architect with 5+ years.
  • Proven education sector design experience.
  • Proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
