Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Residential Architectural Technician based in Southampton with some work from home flexibility.

The Senior Residential Architectural Technician will be responsible for creating and reviewing technical and construction drawings, developing architectural designs, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations.

The individual will work collaboratively with the design team to deliver high-quality design packages and provide technical support throughout the development process.

Must live within a 50 mile radius of our Southampton Offices.

Requirements

Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Architecture Experience with Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
