Role Summary
As the
Senior Art Director and Production Manager
, you will play a key role in supporting the
Brand team to ensure the studio, event and brand activation outputs are best in class. You will
help drive creative innovation and efficiencies, across both the studio, lifestyle shoots and brand
and marketing events. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong creative
skills, and a passion for brand.
Role Responsibilities
Develop, lead and maintain a high performing studio and production team
Senior Art Director and Production Manager
Sensitivity: General
Manage the Studio Production Manager and Brand Workflow Manager, ensuring they put
into action the production required for each season, whilst also managing their own line
reports Overall accountability for the Studio budget and event (including activations, PR and
Community events) production budget line Oversee the production of all events and activations - working closely with the Brand
workflow manger to ensuring timings are set and adhered to, budgets are in place and
oversee the production teams booking of event and activation logistics Work closely with the Head of Brand and Creative, and the PR team, social & marketing
teams to bring to life events devising and executing creative direction in-line with
objectives & KPIs Work closely with the PR team, helping shape the direction creatively and deliver
requirements throughout the season Support the Head of Brand and Creative by developing and executing shoots for the
brands style shoots - from concept evolution, presentation of ideas, shoot planning to
art direction and editing Direct and brief freelance teams on location to ensure what is being captures is in line
with the agreed creative direction Liaise and build strong relationships with external suppliers including but not limited to
photographers, models, agencies, equipment companies, stylists, HMUA
and production teams. Work closely with the Studio Production Manager to identify best suited collaborators
when selecting models, talent, locations etc Support the Head of Brand and Creative by maintaining the brands visual language,
ensuring consistency across all channels, whilst providing innovative ideas to push the
brand creatively Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that
you can directly impact at all times'
Skills and Experience
Proven experience
in art direction and production management within a creative or
brand-led environment. Strong
leadership skills
with experience managing and developing high-performing
teams. Expertise in
creative concept development
, shoot planning, and execution for lifestyle
and studio photography. Solid understanding of
brand identity
and ability to maintain visual consistency across
all channels. Experience managing
budgets and timelines
for studio operations, events, and
activations. Skilled in
supplier and stakeholder management
, including photographers, stylists,
agencies, and production teams. Proficiency in
project management tools
and ability to oversee complex workflows.
Strong
communication and presentation skills
