LEDFlex is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to join our Winchester team.

Responsibilities:

Support and lead the assembly team. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly according to detailed specifications and established quality standards. Conduct tasks such as drilling, cutting aluminum, cable wiring, crimping, and hand soldering. Support testing and inspection of electrical products to ensure functionality and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation of production output, quality control checks, and inventory levels. Collaborate with management to identify and implement opportunities for improving production efficiency. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and contribute to timely and effective solutions. Follow all workplace safety protocols and quality procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Participate in warehouse operations and support logistics as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required. Proficient in mechanical assembly techniques using hand and power tools. Skilled in hand soldering and cable preparation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Computer literacy for accurate data entry and record maintenance. Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable performing manual handling tasks and working at height when necessary.
