Senior Assets Surveyor (building Surveyor)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced building / general practice surveyor to deliver a range of professional services within the Asset Strategy and Investment team.


The focus of this role will be to lead in the production of tender documents for component renewal and wider refurbishment works, the assessment of component condition / defects investigations, contributing to the maintenance of our stock condition database including setting standards for and validation of data collection.


Also within your remit will be the management of a variety of land and other property matters, including boundary disputes, land encroachment party wall matters and claims for statutory disrepair.


Your qualifications will be complemented with many years of experience of managing a broad range of building / property matters, with some, ideally, gained within the private sector.
