Senior Associate - Agriculture (Real Estate) - Cambridge or London with hybrid working

Role

• Dealing with a varied range of matters including many of the highest value and most complex deals nationally
• The caseload will be varied and challenging, offering a diverse mixture of work with direct contact with clients and agents from the start
• The nature of the work and the clients concerned encourages the development of long-lasting and fulfilling relationships with both clients and their agents
• The role will require you to be able to manage and run complex hybrid promotion schemes, acquisitions and disposals of estates and strategic land whilst having a working knowledge of the relevant tax issues involved

You

• 5+ years PQE with real estate experience gained in a large regional or City law firm
• Experience of agricultural property work
• Have an interest in issues such as food security, energy and natural resources
• An enthusiasm to market and develop the practice
