Job Description
This international Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance Team in Jersey. The firm advises global corporations, financial institutions, and investment fund managers across multiple jurisdictions.
As part of a dynamic and growing team, the successful candidate will work with high-profile clients and intermediaries. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing sound legal advice and responsive service to clients, while supporting colleagues, senior counsel, and partners.
- Managing client files in line with firm standards and evolving practices.
- Contributing to the team's knowledge base through training, presentations, and industry events.
- Maintaining revenue and profitability by meeting billing and utilisation targets.
Applicants should be qualified lawyers with at least 5 years' PQE, strong academic credentials, and a commercially focused mindset. Excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of relevant legal and market frameworks are essential.
