We are seeking a Senior Associate Corporate Finance to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in financial analysis, deal sourcing, valuations, and financial modelling to support both investment and corporate finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modelling
Build, maintain, and refine complex financial models for investments, portfolio companies, and corporate strategy
Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, comparable, precedent transactions, LBO and other methodologies
Deliver detailed financial insights to support investment decisions
Deal Sourcing & Execution
Assist in deal sourcing and evaluating potential technology (with significant focus in fintech and proptech) and real estate investment opportunities
Prepare investment teasers, Information memorandums, and Valuations for the Investment Committee.
Conduct commercial and vendor due diligence on prospective deals
Portfolio & Fund Support
Monitor portfolio company performance, tracking KPIs and portfolio management for funds based in Luxembourg
Support capital raising initiatives and investor relations
Fund Administration
Liaising with internal management and external parties (lawyers, administrators) to provide relevant information needed for financial reporting and FCA compliance
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
5+ years' experience in corporate finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
Strong deal experience in financial modelling, valuations, and investment analysis.
Demonstrated experience in deal sourcing, execution, and commercial due diligence.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders.
