What's the Opportunity
We have an opportunity for someone aspiring to progress to the next step in their career within a cost management environment in a senior level capacity. If you are an experienced Senior Associate Cost Manager / Associate Director looking to develop new skills, this role will offer you the opportunity to expand your skillset whilst utilising the experience you have already gained in your career.
The projects our team specialises in is in Healthcare, Data Centre and Higher Education sectors. These are the sectors where our current project opportunities and growth aspirations sit.
What you need to do to be effective in this role

• Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities (business development)
• Lead and deliver the projects within sectors noted
• Support the development of the existing junior members of the team
• Resource and deliver projects to meet financial targets
• Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services

The skills and experience you need to have for this role

• BSc/MSc in a relevant cost management related subject
• Extensive experience of working in a similar role which will be discussed at interview
• Demonstrate experience of leading projects and working alongside / support a cost management team

Ideally for this role you will possess one or a combination of the following qualifications:

• MRICS

Personal Attributes:

• You are an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams
• Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams
• Possess consultancy cost management experience in the construction sector
• Have the ability to lead a series of projects and client relationships including business development
• Be a team player, happy to gel into an already very close hard-working team
