The Team




We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global People Operations Senior Associate to join our team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in people operations, process improvement, global collaboration, and informal project management. You will play a critical role in optimizing and harmonizing people operations processes across regions, driving operational excellence, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance.


This role will partner cross-functionally to develop and maintain global strategies for employee onboarding, exit management, compliance, and workforce data administration.

How you will contribute



Manage global employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, capturing feedback, and maintaining a positive employee experience. Lead global process improvement initiatives across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and workforce data management, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions. Plan and execute a comprehensive global employee exit strategy and process in partnership with regional people operations, including offboarding workflow, feedback mechanisms, and compliance requirements. Validate and perform global people data transactions related to job changes, name changes, promotions, transfers, and other updates in the global HRIS (Workday), ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regions. Work with the Global People Services Compliance Team to implement changes needed as a result of global and local regulatory changes and internal policy updates. Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide training and support to regional operations teams, fostering capability building and adoption of global standards. Develop and maintain global SOPs and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all regions. Drive global collaboration by partnering with regional teams to align best practices, share knowledge, and ensure consistent execution of people operations strategies. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for global people operations, offering guidance and troubleshooting support. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in global HRIS (Workday), managing complex transactions such as promotions, transfers, and organizational changes. Mentor and develop junior operations team members, fostering a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and career growth.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, or a related field. Some years of experience in global people operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role with a strong focus on process optimization and project execution. Proven ability to lead cross-regional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach. Proficiency in HRIS systems; Workday experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products. Multilingual a plus.
