Job Description

We are seeking a senior associate for our intellectual property disputes team, based in Birmingham, Manchester, or Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution with strong technical knowledge in intellectual property law and proven ability to lead complex IP disputes and mentor junior team members are essential. Experience in both contentious and transactional IP matters is desirable, with a strong emphasis on contentious experience.
The role involves leading and managing complex IP litigation matters such as patent infringement, trade mark disputes, and advising on IP dispute resolution through various mechanisms including mediation and arbitration. The successful candidate will handle multi-jurisdictional IP enforcement, manage urgent interim relief applications, conduct IP due diligence in corporate transactions, provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management, and enforce online IP rights.
