DWF is seeking a Senior Associate (or potentially Director) to join our Intellectual Property Team across all our regional offices!

We act for a wide range of IP-rich companies and have an extensive client portfolio across:

  • Industrial manufacturing
  • Media, entertainment, and healthcare
  • Cutting-edge technologies
  • Leisure and hospitality
  • Food and drinks manufacturing.
Our core areas of expertise include trademark prosecution and licensing, protection of copyrights, protection of trade secrets, IP Litigation, Anti-counterfeiting, Software and IT licensing, Publishing, audio-visual production, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will be a non-contentious Intellectual Property Lawyer, operating either at Senior Associate or Director level. We can be flexible on location, and consider candidates based in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, and potentially Edinburgh or Glasgow.
