Senior Associate / Legal Director - Banking and Finance - Ipswich with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful Banking and Finance team, who are seeing substantial growth, and are looking to broaden its offering,
Role

• An exciting opportunity to establish a B&F offering in Ipswich
• Provide assistance to the entire team and its growth
• Drafting, negotiating and agreeing finance and ancillary documentation
• Managing transactions

You

• 6+ years PQE
• Strong technical skills
• Desire to grow a client base and identify new business opportunities
