Our Roundtables team is composed of industry experts that facilitate information sharing among clients by combining peer-to-peer interaction with meaningful data analytics. The Sr. Associate position presents a unique opportunity to gain significant exposure to a variety of consumer banking operations by working with major lenders in the industry. He/she is encouraged to take the initiative to improve processes and to make an impact early on. The position is responsible for supporting the Director in planning and managing multiple Roundtables and is expected to coordinate all activities from benchmark survey initiation to the creation of final reports or presentation slides, and deliver final communications in a clear, concise and compelling manner. We're looking for someone who can apply retail banking experience to all aspects of meeting reports and benchmark surveys, has the ability and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things done, and ultimately become a role model to future Roundtable Associates.Principal Responsibilities

  • Support Auriemma's unparalleled in-person executive meetings
  • Assist in the development of client-centric meeting agendas
  • Coordinate and help drive individual client agenda calls
  • Travel 2 - 3 days to major cities throughout the U.K., attending up to 15 executive meetings annually
  • Manage relationships with senior executives at major financial institutions
  • Document meeting discussions and produce comprehensive client reference reports
  • Capture thorough notes of each multi-day discussion
  • Synthesize notes into a detailed report:
  • Meeting report covering all content
  • Assist with onsite management of event logistics
  • Administer benchmark data collection and validation for quarterly and semiannual studies
  • Build, distribute, and modify client surveys
  • Validate responses to ensure accurate, normalized results
  • Conduct client outreach to resolve errors and ensure timeliness
  • Oversee custom peer group survey process
  • Manage intake and execution of client survey requests on an ad-hoc basis
  • Assist clients with survey design to ensure valuable, actionable results
  • Participate in client relationship management
  • Contribute toward IR practice sales goals
  • Assist with the prospecting process through insight creation
  • Seek out opportunities through network management to bring new members into the groups
Skills and Education
  • University degree and 2 - 5 years' experience working in a corporate environment
  • A strong record of academic and professional performance
  • Strong writing and notetaking skills (i.e., ability to deliver written information in an accurate and concise manner)
  • Analytical skills (i.e., ability to identify correlations, trends, and inconsistencies in data)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle regular peak workload periods
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
