The Markets business helps our clients formulate, implement and operationalize their investment strategies. It provides clients with financing, execution, liquidity and collateral solutions that are integrated with BNY Mellon\xe2\x80\x99s asset servicing ecosystem. The Markets division is primarily organized into four Lines of Business: i) Foreign Exchange; ii) Securities Finance; iii) Liquidity and Margin Services; and, iv) Fixed Income and Equities (FIEQ)

Our full-service FX business accommodates every element of the currency transaction lifecycle, from initiating a position in the spot or derivatives market, to programmatic trading using algorithms or standing instructions, to enjoying enhanced liquidity and netting efficiencies by centralizing client activity though our FX Prime Brokerage.

Our Fixed Income and Equities business trade a wide variety of securities and can connect clients to a unique universe of counterparties, including broker-dealers, fund managers, family offices and wealth managers.

We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our eFX Sales team. This role is located in London, UK - Hybrid.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Revenues - Achieve team revenue targets (secondary metrics such as e-volumes)
• Distribution

• Distribution and optimization of BNY Mellon electronic FX liquidity to clients.
• Rolling out new products to clients and working closely with internal partners on strategic projects.
• Client Service

• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best in class client coverage.
• Expertise

• Able to analyze data to optimize e-flow.
• Knowledge of full BNY Mellon suite of products and understanding of all aspects of the electronic FX workflow.
• Keep up to date of market structure changes, regulatory landscape, and competitor products, keeping both clients and colleagues informed with new trends.

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education
• A number of years FX experience preferred
• An understanding of the eFX-landscape, -trends and their drivers
