What you'll do
Lead and advise on
DCOs, CPOs, Section 106
and complex planning instructions.
Draft/negotiate planning agreements for
developers, lenders, investors, public sector

Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on
land assembly & infrastructure
projects.
Advise on
compulsory purchase compensation, JR and appeals

Support planning
due diligence
on acquisitions, disposals and financings.
Mentor juniors and contribute to
BD and client relationship growth

What you'll bring
Qualified Solicitor (5+ PQE)
with strong
planning/development/infrastructure
experience.
Evidenced expertise in
