into a Planning & Infrastructure team that delivers

landmark regeneration and nationally significant development

across the UK.

Up to 87,000 + bonus

(bonus from 1,300 hrs; team target 1,500)

What you'll do

Lead and advise on

DCOs, CPOs, Section 106

and complex planning instructions. Draft/negotiate planning agreements for

developers, lenders, investors, public sector

. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on

land assembly & infrastructure

projects. Advise on

compulsory purchase compensation, JR and appeals

. Support planning

due diligence

on acquisitions, disposals and financings. Mentor juniors and contribute to

BD and client relationship growth

.
What you'll bring

Qualified Solicitor (5+ PQE)

with strong

planning/development/infrastructure

experience. Evidenced expertise in

s106, CPO and DCO

work. Confidence with

complex statutory processes

and multi-stakeholder projects. Commercial, clear communicator with strong client-handling skills. Team player who leads by example and raises standards.
