Essential Skills & Experience


----------------------------------


Strong technical knowledge of personal tax, trusts, and estates compliance. Experience preparing tax returns and accounts for trusts and estates. Ability to draft clear, accurate tax advisory reports for senior review. Familiarity with CGT, IHT, domicile/residence issues, and trust/company structures. Comfortable managing client relationships and acting as a point of contact. Exposure to identifying planning opportunities and supporting business development. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management




Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, including trustees and executors, acting as a trusted point of contact. Work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on complex cases.

Compliance & Advisory




Handle the annual compliance cycle for trusts and estates, including accounts and tax returns. Prepare detailed tax advisory reports for review by Directors and Partners. Provide technical advice on CGT, IHT, domicile/residence issues, and trust/company structures.

Business Development & Planning




Identify planning opportunities and contribute to marketing and networking initiatives. Assist with business development activities where appropriate.

We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate to join our Private Client team. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and executors, providing expert advice on complex tax matters. You will be involved in compliance and advisory work, including CGT, IHT, domicile and residence issues, and trust/company structures. This is a chance to develop your technical expertise and progress your career in a collaborative, supportive environment.
