We are seeking a results-driven and analytical
Senior Associate Procurement Consulting
to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimization, and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting procurement best practices that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead procurement consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation.
Analyze client procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Conduct supplier market research, RFP/RFI development, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
Provide insights on category management, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures, and governance models.
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain consulting.
Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices, and market trends.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Consulting experience required.
German or French language a strong preference.
