Join our supportive and dynamic Development & House Building team in Reading. We're looking for a Senior Property Development Solicitor to work alongside partners on a broad range of transactions while independently managing their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting contracts, deeds, and option agreements Conducting due diligence and reporting findings Managing land acquisitions, disposals, plot sales, planning, and construction matters Handling secured finance transactions for acquisitions and developments Supporting plot sales processes and documentation Identifying legal risks and offering commercial solutions Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties Understanding the planning system and its role in development Engaging in business development and nurturing industry relationships

Requirements:

Solid experience in property development law Ability to lead complex transactions independently Strong drafting and communication skills Proven client relationship management Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
