A Top 200 law firm in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join its thriving Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional ready to step into a senior role within a supportive and high-performing environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse and often high-net-worth client base. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading complex Private Client matters with a tailored and client-focused approach.
• Supporting the management and development of a growing team, including mentoring junior solicitors and advising on challenging cases.
• Working closely with senior leadership to support client delivery, operational responsibilities, and broader departmental strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 8+ years PQE in Private Client law, and a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of private client work.
• Commercially minded, with a strategic approach to client matters and team leadership.
• A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
