Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Fund Oversight, Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Edinburgh - HYBRID.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks associated with the role
  • Assist in the development of team members by providing training on a variety of tasks
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team and deputise in their absence
  • Represent the business at Client Diligence and Service Review Meetings
  • Lead on Projects within the business as required
  • Drive forward operational efficiencies and streamline Unit Trust/OEIC administrative processes to increase cost savings and quality and quantity of output
  • Ensure appropriate systems, processes, controls, and knowledge is fully embedded in the business function to comply with all UK regulations.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
  • Compliance, Fund Accounting, Audit or Financial Reporting experience. Trustee experience would be advantageous
  • Banking/Industry experience
  • Investment fund knowledge
  • Product knowledge, i.e. Equities, Fixed income, OTC, ETD, SWAPS (beneficial)
  • COLL rules awareness
  • Analytical skills
