Senior Associate/Legal Director - Residential Development
TSR Legal are currently representing a multi-office top-tier law firm based in Cardiff, who are looking to recruit a Partner to work within the award-winning Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Partner to join a leading national team.
Our client is looking to expand the housebuilder practice with the appointment of an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director. You will work on a broad range of high-quality residential development matters, supporting some of the UK's biggest names in the housebuilding sector.
Our client's team, covers every aspect of residential development, from land acquisition, planning and construction through to site set-up and plot conveyancing. The firm act on behalf of the largest housebuilders and are widely recognised as trusted advisers across the sector.
Our client is looking for a well-connected senior solicitor in the market at either Senior Associate/Legal Director or Partner level with a proven track record of delivering excellent results for clients. You will demonstrate initiative, drive and genuine passion for your work, supported by strong and consistent billing figures.
The role will play a key role in driving business development and shaping the future growth of our clients' housebuilder practice.
