The Role
As a Senior Asylum Lawyer, you will:

  • Represent clients in asylum and humanitarian law cases, including tribunals, appeals, and judicial reviews
  • Manage a significant caseload with a consistent track record of success
  • Draft compelling legal arguments, submissions, and supporting evidence
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses across medical, legal, and academic fields
  • Provide strategic legal advice balancing rigorous advocacy with client care
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in line with UK regulations
Ideal Profile
  • UK-qualified solicitor with full practicing rights (LLB required)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in asylum or humanitarian law with a successful case history
  • Strong litigation and tribunal advocacy skills
  • Demonstrated success in appeals and judicial reviews
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Resilient, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
