The Role
As a Senior Asylum Lawyer, you will:

Represent clients in asylum and humanitarian law cases, including tribunals, appeals, and judicial reviews
Manage a significant caseload with a consistent track record of success
Draft compelling legal arguments, submissions, and supporting evidence
Collaborate with expert witnesses across medical, legal, and academic fields
Provide strategic legal advice balancing rigorous advocacy with client care
Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in line with UK regulations

Ideal Profile

UK-qualified solicitor with full practicing rights (LLB required)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in asylum or humanitarian law with a successful case history
Strong litigation and tribunal advocacy skills
Demonstrated success in appeals and judicial reviews
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Resilient, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
