Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Shining Stars Day Nursery in Illingworth. This role is vital in ensuring the health and wellbeing of the children in our care, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional childcare and early education.

Responsibilities

Oversee the health and wellbeing of children in the nursery.

Provide nursing care and support for children with medical needs.

Collaborate with staff to develop health policies and procedures.

Conduct health assessments and monitor children's development.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's health issues.

Train staff on health-related topics and emergency procedures.

Maintain accurate records of children's health information.

Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications.

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of early childhood education principles.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
