Summary

Deducta is looking for a

Senior Backend Engineer

to join our fast-growing team in London. Our mission is to set the gold standard for trusted, high-quality enterprise data. You will be responsible for:

Shipping excellent code, fast Building and maintaining high-volume, low-latency, and ultra-dependable APIs and AI processing systems

Location: London, UK (office located near London Bridge)


Comp: Total compensation for this role starts at 180k in cash and equity


Visas: We will sponsor a visa for the right candidate to join us

Senior Backend Engineer

, you will design, build, and maintain the backbone of our platform.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain fast, high volume, and well documented APIs Build data ingestion and AI processing engines at scale Collaborate with the product and frontend teams to develop dependable, user-ready features Simplify massive datasets Ship excellent code, fast Be responsible for the quality of the code base

Success in this role means:

Building systems which encounter zero errors and low latency when processing massive datasets Leading development efforts from idea inception to production, constantly driving improvement and new features
