Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a respected senior solicitor, contributing to high-quality legal work across a range of complex banking and finance matters.

• Provide expert legal advice and support across highly structured, cross-border corporate real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
• Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Support the senior solicitor with strategic legal input and case management.
• Liaise confidently with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with relevant legal developments and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge in cross-border corporate real estate transactions and experience acting for borrowers and all types of lenders
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
