Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring the bar area is well-maintained and welcoming.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests at the bar. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper phone etiquette when taking orders over the phone. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bartending role or similar hospitality position is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential. Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Previous experience in guest services or restaurant settings will be beneficial. A background in delivery driving or barista roles can enhance your application. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
