Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are hygienic and well-maintained.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques through ongoing learning.
Assist in managing appointment schedules to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service within the beauty or grooming industry is preferred.
Proven skills in hair styling and barbering, with a portfolio of work being advantageous.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and techniques is desirable but not essential.
A friendly, professional demeanour combined with organisational skills to manage multiple appointments efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hairdressing and barbering who thrive in a client-focused environment. Applicants should be organised, personable, and eager to develop their skills further within the industry.
