We are currently recruiting for a full or part time time senior barista/waiter/waitress to join our team in our busy and popular Italian Kitchen in St Albans.

The must haves:-
- experience in the front of house/ hospitality industry
- be able to lead by example, encourage others and support a team
- must have excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- must have excellent written and spoken English; if you can speak or understand Italian - that is a bonus!
- be able to work unsupervised and have a team/can-do mentality
- ideally live in AL1, drive or be able to access us via the train line.
The duties:-
- working collaboratively together as a team, leading by example and encouraging, whilst with giving direction and support.
- providing a friendly, professional and welcoming experience for our customers
- creating delicious coffee, the Italian way
- providing a positive table service experience, both in and outside
- serve ice-creams with a smile in all weathers
- housekeeping; ensuring our high standards of cleanliness are kept at all times
