Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to join our small and friendly team. This is not a trainee role, you must bring solid skills and confidence in both coffee and food preparation.

Essential Requirements:

? Strong barista skills with latte art
? Experience supervising and training staff
? Confidence preparing food such as sandwiches, bowls, and other menu items
? Passion and flair for great coffee, good food, and excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-quality coffee/matcha with latte art consistently Open the shop and carry out end-of-day cashing up procedures Supervise and support junior staff to maintain high standards Handle stock takes and order food and supplies as needed Use your initiative to manage the daily running of the business Keep the coffee shop clean, organised, and well-presented at all times Ensure food displays, especially cakes and pastries, are well-stocked and visually appealing
