We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hospitality and a flair for crafting exceptional beverages. This role requires a strong commitment to providing outstanding service while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. As a Senior Bartender, you will lead by example, mentoring junior staff and contributing to a vibrant bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Cocktail knowledge Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons to enhance their experience. Train and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff, sharing knowledge of drink preparation and service standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage stock effectively. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic math skills for till operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance in the bar environment. Experience in serving drinks in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Basic math skills for managing cash transactions and inventory calculations. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
