We're an independent pizzeria, coffee shop & bar with a proper casual, cool vibe. By day it's all about boujie coffee, brunches and French toast, and by night it's pizza, cocktails and a buzzing bar. We're big on quality, creativity and good vibes -- the kind of place where regulars feel at home and new faces feel like they've just found their new favourite spot.

We're on the lookout for a senior bartender who can do more than just pour a pint. We want someone with mixology flair, who's confident on the floor as well as behind the bar. Someone who's happy to get stuck in, take the lead, and bring creative energy to our cocktail specials.

This role is about delivering top-class service every single time while keeping the vibe cool, welcoming, and buzzing for our guests in Middlestown and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

Shaking up cocktails and creating specials that get people talking. Keeping the bar spotless and up to hygiene standards (daily/weekly cleaning). Managing stock, upselling where it makes sense, and keeping wastage down. Looking after tables and making sure guests have a great experience. Knowing your stuff when it comes to our menus, wine, beer & cocktails. Opening/closing the bar and being a key holder. Running shifts with confidence, making sure the bar and kitchen stay in sync. Working solo when it's a quieter night, no problem.
What we're looking for:

Previous bar and cocktail experience (essential). Confident, personable, and able to supervise a team. FOH and barista skills are a big plus. Willing to train, learn, and bring ideas to the table.
