We are now looking to employ a senior Bartender for our latest venue who will lead the bar team in delivering exceptional service with their knowledge, experience and hospitality.

Your role

We are looking for a professional bartender who takes the time to train, nurture and develop the bar team to maintain exceptional high standards and customer satisfaction, they will understand that the bar is the heartbeat of the venue and its importance in creating a professional, fun and lively atmosphere. You should have solid bar, cocktail and wine knowledge in addition to experience in a supervisory level role.

This role would suit someone that has been a in a similar supervisory role in a busy, premium venue before. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career as our portfolio grows.

What we are looking for

Energetic, creative, welcoming individuals

Able to work under pressure with ease

Must have minimum 2 years' experience in previous management role

Must have at least 5 years experience within the hospitality industry

Solid communication and organisational skills

Customer & floor service skills

All-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction

Forward thinking & confident in what you do

Passionate about training, mentoring & growing the team

Keen to join an independent, fast growing company
