We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join a talented team within a lovely B Corp professional services firm. As Senior BDM executive you will create bespoke pitches bids and other client development presentations lead strategy and coaching around client opportunities and support the BD & Marketing Managers in the delivery of targeted Marketing And BD campaigns whilst being supported by a talented team of BD and Marketing professionals. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Create customized bids panel pitches and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver tenders.
• Develop strategies and provide coaching for lawyer presentations in specific client opportunities.
• Conduct post-pitch reviews and store feedback in the tenders database.
• Generate timely reports to aid client targeting and engagement.
• Gather client information and prepare briefing notes for conferences events and meetings.
• Update and streamline tenders database documents and processes.
• Assist in delivering targeted business development and marketing campaigns.
• Promote cross-selling initiatives with other practice areas and industry groups.
• Support BDM managers in updating sector and service information on the website and intranet.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct research as needed providing support to the wider BDM team when required.

Experience you\xe2\x80\x99ll need
Experience in a similar BDM focused position legal/professional services experience is highly advantageous.
Previous experience in producing tender documents within a legal/professional services firm.
A client focused approach with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
Genuine passion to be part of a purpose-led business with a strong social purpose.
