Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team at Charlottes The Beauty Clinic & Co. The successful candidate will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and skilled in delivering a wide range of treatments to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a full range of beauty treatments, including:

Nails (manicure & pedicure)

Gels / Builder Gel

Waxing (all areas)

Massage

Facials

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Provide product knowledge and aftercare advice. Support and guide junior therapists when required.
Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent). Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role. Skilled across nails, waxing, massage, and facials. Excellent communication and customer care skills. Professional, reliable, and passionate about beauty therapy. Advanced treatments preferred but not essential such as HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Lashes, Intimate Waxing, Microdermabrasion, Laser Hair Removal
