We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of beauty treatments and services, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and confident.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, laser hair removal, injections (preferred).
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Proficient in makeup application techniques with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or aesthetics from an accredited institution.
