As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist / Skin Specialist to join our expert team and help drive the business forward.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced therapist to join a results-driven salon with a supportive, nurturing team. You'll carry out advanced skincare and beauty treatments, support clients on their skin journeys, and play an integral role in the growth of Novum Skin & Wellness.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including Medik8 facials and peels, CACI facials, massages, lash lifts, brow laminations, waxing (including intimate), manicures and pedicures, gel nail application. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage guest services at the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Promote additional services through upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on client needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene.

Experience - Required:

In-salon or clinic experience (essential)

CACI trained

(desirable)

Skin Treatment experience (essential)

Bio Sculpture Gel Nails

(desirable)

Reiki

(desirable)

Reflexology

(desirable)

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) or CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification Passion for skincare and wellness Strong knowledge of the skincare and beauty industry Excellent communication and client service skills Confidence in recommending and retailing homecare products and treatments A team player with a caring, professional approach

What We Offer:
