We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Senior Beauty Therapist
to join our dedicated team of professionals at our Islington location. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for performing flawless facials and waxing treatments.
Our Facial Treatments Include:
Bespoke classic facials
LED light therapy
Advanced facial technology (Microneedling, Chemical peels, Radio frequency, Galvanic, Mesotherapy, High frequency)
Hydrafacials
Body, intimate and facial waxing using hot & strip wax
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of beauty facials and waxing treatments according to established treatment protocols and client preferences.
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their needs, provide personalised recommendations, and create customised treatment plans.
Have an excellent understanding of skin anatomy and physiology.
Stay updated on the latest skincare and beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide expert advice to clients and recommend suitable products for at-home care.
Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business through excellent customer care.
Mentor junior therapists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure they deliver services at the highest standards.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including sterilising equipment, changing linens, and adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Promote and sell beauty products and additional services to clients, increasing revenue and enhancing the client experience.
The successful candidate will have:
Superb skills in the required range of beauty treatments and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for beauty and skincare.
Leadership and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of beauty product lines and their appropriate use.
Up-to-date understanding of industry trends and innovations.
Experience performing classic facials, Hydrafacials and using advanced technology.
Brand experience: Medik8 (preferable but not essential, training can be provided)
Role Specifications:
A minimum of
5 years
of experience in either a salon, day spa or aesthetic clinic.
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
Weeknd availability is
