We are now seeking an Aesthetic Therapist / Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals eager to learn, take on new challenges, and expand their expertise in a supportive, professional environment. Ongoing in-house training is provided, and we also encourage staff to bring their own skills to our growing clinic.

Lymphatic drainage and post-operative surgical massage & care
Seroma and drain management
Wood therapy
Electrolysis body sculpting
Injectables, IV drips, and medical aesthetics (nurse-led)
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality treatments with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and results.
2. Provide excellent standards of customer care and client education.
3. Document accurate treatment notes, consent forms, and aftercare protocols.
4. Monitor and anticipate stock requirements, consumables, and equipment needs.
5. Work closely with nurses to deliver integrated aesthetic services.
6. Capture professional treatment content (before/after photos, videos) for social media using clinic devices.
7. Maintain confidentiality and uphold clinic presentation standards.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Beauty Therapy
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in a clinic, spa, or aesthetics setting
Knowledge of health, safety, and confidentiality protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and client-care skills
Professional appearance (bare below the elbows, neat hair, clean nails)
Additional Skills (a plus, not required)
Qualifications in massage therapies (deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, reflexology)
Additional beauty therapy qualifications (facials, advanced skin treatments, nail/eye treatments)
Experience with energy-based devices (laser, radiofrequency, cavitation)
Experience with laser hair removal treatments
Knowledge of hyperbaric oxygen chamber operation or therapy delivery
Training or experience in phlebotomy
About You
Confident, professional, and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends (core hours: 10am-7pm; occasional early/late shifts)
Able to work effectively in a busy clinic environment
Passionate about aesthetics and continuous learning

Starting rate: 14 per hour (self-employed basis)
