, while managing day-to-day benefits and recognition programmes that make a real difference to employees.
What You'll Do:
Lead the
end-to-end management of employee benefits
, from initial design to successful implementation.
Monitor and analyse benefit usage to ensure offerings are
cost-effective
and
aligned with employee needs
.
Use
data and employee feedback
to spot trends, identify gaps, and enhance the benefits experience.
Build strong relationships with
external vendors
to ensure top-quality service and value.
Be the
go-to expert
for complex employee benefits queries, providing clear guidance and resolutions.
Develop
creative communication strategies
to promote understanding and engagement around benefits and policies.
Manage and promote the
employee recognition programme
, driving participation and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge and understanding of
employee benefits
and best practices.
Excellent
stakeholder management skills
, both internal teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
, confident in interpreting complex datasets.
Good understanding of
GDPR
and its implications for reward data and employee records.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for enhancing
employee experience
.
