We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our Sales & Marketing division.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead complex, high-value bids. It is an individual contributor role that will be important in winning critical bids and supporting bid excellence.

60,000 to 68,000 a year

Responsibilities
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading complex or high-profile bids (typically 3M+), ensuring best-in-class submissions
Owning the end-to-end bid strategy including win themes, value propositions and competitive positioning
Guiding sellers and wider bid team on compelling executive summaries and strategic narratives that differentiate Advania's proposition
Translating sophisticated IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and managed services capabilities into client-focused proposals
Overseeing and ensuring quality of all bid outputs, and leading bid reviews (including post-bid win/loss reviews)
Mentoring and supporting less experienced Bid Managers through coaching and guidance
Representing the bid function in cross-functional strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate for this role will have:
Demonstrable bid management experience with a proven track record of leading complex bids in IT Services, MSP, or system integrators
Proven success in winning competitive tenders for enterprise accounts
Experience with major clients across public sector (central/local government, NHS, education) and commercial sectors
A track record of winning bids in excess of 5M total contract value
Good understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform, Security)
Grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud services, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital workplace solutions
Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (Procurement Act 2023, Social Value)
Ideally experience and knowledge of public sector frameworks (CCS, CPC, YPO)
