Role Purpose:

We're seeking a talented Bid Writer to join our team at Oak View Group, a world leader in hospitality and venue management. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding company and help shape the future of our business growth.

The Role

The Senior Bid Writer is responsible for leading the development and submission of high quality, persuasive and strategically aligned bids, proposals and tenders that secure new business opportunities for Oak View Group and its partner Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

This role requires a good understanding of the industry landscape, excellent writing and communication skills, strong project management abilities and a proven track record of success in winning competitive bids.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Bid Writer will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment through to submission and post-bid analysis. Write compelling, persuasive, and technically accurate bid content, including executive summaries, technical proposals, management plans, pricing strategies, and case studies. Track and analyse bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Required:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in bid writing, proposal management, or a similar role. Demonstrable experience and deep understanding of the hospitality and sport industries is essential.
