We're looking for a Senior Billing Migration Specialist to take ownership of complex customer onboarding, billing system implementation, and service improvement initiatives. This is a senior-level position requiring deep technical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.


As a Senior Billing Migration Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our most critical customer projects. You'll lead the implementation of new billing systems, manage data migrations, and ensure customers experience a seamless transition to Giacom's products. Beyond technical delivery, you'll influence customer experience strategy, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex problem-solving, customer success, and technical leadership.

What you'll be doing

Lead customer onboarding and migration projects, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption. Manage data migration and configuration, including validation and comparison billing. Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex customer issues. Deliver structured training sessions and create technical documentation to empower customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product enhancements and service improvements. Mentor and coach junior engineers, nurturing a culture of learning and accountability. Drive service improvement initiatives and contribute to Giacom's knowledge base.

Your Experience

Proven experience implementing and supporting aBILLity or similar billing systems. Strong understanding of telecoms/IT billing processes. Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading technical teams. Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritise effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
