We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen ability to analyse data. This role requires proficiency in data entry and the ability to engage with clients effectively, including upselling products and services. Bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English, are highly desirable for this position.
Duties
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Engage in upselling opportunities during client interactions to promote additional services or products.
Assist in training junior staff members on best practices for communication and customer service.
Maintain a professional demeanour while handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on data entry and customer interaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing customer experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
