Our client a well-respected and thriving estate agency in Chester is on the hunt for a Senior Branch Manager whos not just in it for the job, but for the journey. The Role Youll be at the helm of a busy branch, setting the pace, raising the bar, and driving performance. Leadership is your superpower mentoring, motivating, and making sure your team brings their A-game every single day. Youll be out front, winning new business, valuing property, and closing deals not hiding behind a desk.
What Were Looking For
2-3 years minimum in Estate Agency (were after the real deal)
Proven track record in sales and valuations
Someone self-motivated, target-driven, and results-obsessed
Strong knowledge of the local Chester market
A confident leader who inspires their team to perform
Full UK Driving Licence (youll need to get about, obviously)
