We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our brand studio in London. As a Senior Brand Designer, you'll help shape and create impactful and effective work across brand, marketing and social as we take Starling into its next chapter.

You'll be able to take ideas and turn them into thoughtful, crafted designs that elevate the brand. Whether that's big campaigns with impact, or small details with finesse. You'll be comfortable working across digital, print, motion and product, and collaborate closely with writers, marketers, product designers and developers. You'll take ownership of your work and help others raise the bar too.



Key Responsibilities:



Creative Execution and Design Craft

Deliver high-quality design work across a wide range of formats and channels Translate creative briefs into strong, clear design ideas and executions Take responsibility for your projects from concept to final delivery Bring a high level of craft, consistency and visual clarity to everything you create Present your work clearly and confidently to peers and stakeholders

Collaboration and Team Contribution

Work closely with writers, marketers, engineers and other designers Support and guide mid-weight and junior designers with constructive feedback Contribute to creative reviews with ideas, references and positive critique Help maintain strong working relationships across the team and wider business

Brand Application and Visual Consistency

Apply our visual identity consistently and creatively across touchpoints Identify opportunities to evolve or improve how the brand is expressed Uphold high standards in layout, typography, imagery and colour Help ensure design work aligns with our wider goals and brand principles

Creative Thinking and Development

Stay aware of design trends and creative work across industries Bring new ideas and fresh perspectives into the team Contribute to the culture of the design studio with curiosity and generosity Take initiative in developing your own skills and craft

Requirements:



5+ years of design experience in brand, marketing or creative studio environments A portfolio that shows original thinking, design craft and versatility Experience working within a visual identity or brand system Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Confidence in presenting your work and explaining your decisions Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
