Senior Brand & Digital Designer

who can bring both craft and thinking -- someone who knows how to build a brand and then translate it across every digital touchpoint.What you'll do

Lead the visual direction across multiple client brands and Passion's own identity. Create brand systems - from logo marks and tone to typography, colour, and digital rollouts. Design social media campaigns, paid ads, and website visuals with strong hierarchy and flow. Work closely with videographers, paid media, and social teams to bring campaigns to life. Maintain consistency and visual impact across all platforms and formats. Present ideas confidently, take feedback, and push for better creative outcomes. Contribute to pitches and concept development for new business.
What you'll bring:

4+ years of agency experience working across multiple brands. Strong portfolio showing brand identity work andreal-world digital design (ads, web, social). Clear understanding of marketing intent, audience journeys, and call-to-action hierarchy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion or After Effects a bonus). Eye for detail, confident communication, and a collaborative attitude. Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to raise creative standards.
