We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who goes beyond the expected. This role will be responsible for creating and delivering against the brand strategy, driving brand awareness, consideration and revenue growth. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of creative and content across a number of channels. You'll be working with channel owners to create fully integrated results driven campaigns that target our key audiences.
What will you be doing?
Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and consideration
Manage and coordinate marketing activities including advertising, events, content & promotions
Support ATL media planning and creative development
Lead the creative development across multiple channels including OOH, social, branded content, YouTube, digital audio and other offline channels
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners
Collaborate with other team members such as digital, audience, website, PR, propositions and CRM to ensure multi-channel campaigns are coordinated
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, optimising accordingly
Create and distribute collateral/merchandise for engineers, events teams and field sales teams
Ensuring all creative, content and events align to new brand positioning and identity
Identify the best ways to align local, community and pr plans to maximise efficiencies and amplify activity
Manage budget trackers, raise POs
Manage agency and internal creative/copy briefs
Manage the relationship with our print partners
Ensure all content and materials produced are compliant
What we are looking for?:
Degree educated ideally from a marketing or creative discipline background
Significant exposure of consumer marketing planning and execution across a number of channels, social and web
Experience managing a brand and its implementation across touchpoints - both through strategy and communications
Running creative teams and working on integrated marketing campaigns
Track record of creating content strategies and delivering content that has driven results
