promoting clean and natural products, with a zero-waste and planet friendly philosophy. The brand sits across grocery, online retail and D2C channels.





Due to exceptional growth, they are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to work closely with the Marketing Director and Junior Brand Manager. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a real difference in how consumers perceive and engage with frozen food.



Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & ATL Campaigns - Lead the development and execution of brand strategy across all channels to build awareness and drive brand equity, including execution of ATL campaigns (TV, digital, radio, print, OOH). Shopper Marketing & Retail Activation - Develop and execute shopper marketing plans to drive conversion in-store and online, collaborating with retailers and our sales team to deliver compelling campaigns. New Product Development (NPD) - Own and develop the NPD pipeline with our team, from utilising consumer insight, identifying macro trends and concept development to packaging, launch strategy and post- launch performance tracking. Digital & Influencer Engagement - Oversee and support the JBM with social media strategy, influencer partnerships and digital content to build community and advocacy. Category & Consumer Insight - Stay close to market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.


What are we looking for:

A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong commercial competence. Excellent communicator and relationship builder for internal and external stakeholders Highly organised, proactive and results-driven Passionate about food, innovation and consumer behaviour Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders Direct report experience


Skills:

Minimum 5 years' experience in brand marketing. Proven experience in ATL campaign planning and execution Strong background in shopper marketing and bricks and mortar retail activation Demonstrated success in leading NPD projects within FMCG or food Experience managing social media, digital and influencer campaigns Agency and cross-functional team management experience Genuine passion for great food, wellness, and sustainability, with alignment to the brand's

mission to reduce plastic waste and champion planet-friendly practices.
