Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft campaigns that are both inspiring and consistent. What you'll be doing
You'll be at the heart of our marketing team, helping to build and execute campaigns that captivate customers and keep our brand ahead of the curve. Y
Your role will include:
Supporting the planning and rollout of brand and seasonal campaigns across print, digital, in-store, and social channels
Collaborating with internal teams (CRM, website, digital performance, trade, retail) to ensure messaging is clear, timely, and consistent
Assisting in campaign tracking and reporting, pulling together post-campaign insights and performance wrap-ups
Briefing and managing creative assets with the Lead Designer to ensure formats, specs, and brand tone are on point
Producing campaign toolkits for internal and store use
Writing and editing marketing copy across channels that aligns with brand guidelines
Supporting brand guardianship by ensuring brand consistency and helping with internal rollouts and documentation
Owning and managing organic social media and traditional PR for both Retail and Trade
Helping with internal communications--bringing our brand to life for colleagues through presentations, updates, and engagement tools
Staying on top of consumer trends and competitor activity to inform future campaigns
Coordinating meetings, timelines, budgets, invoices, and supplier/agency relationships
Preparing presentations, reports, and workshop content for stakeholders
Who we're looking for

Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Confidence working cross-functionally and managing external suppliers
A commercial mindset and attention to detail

A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
